Redmond is the 16th largest city in the Washington, with a population of  approximately 51,530. It encompasses an area of over 16.85 square miles and is located less than 20 miles east of downtown Seattle at the north end of Lake Sammamish.  Redmond is a city with 34 parks and over 25 miles of trails. It is home to computer-giant Microsoft.

There are several neighborhoods in Redmond, including Grasslawn Park neighorhoods located close to Microsoft (such as Sheffield Greens, Spiritbrook, and Woodford); Education Hill, Downtown Redmond, English Hill, Bear Cree, and Willows/South Rose Hill.

Sheffield Greens - Sheffield Greens is a neighborhood that is divided between Redmond and Bellevue.  Sheffield Greens I and Sheffield Greens II are located in Redmond.  Sheffield Greens III and Sheffield Place are located in Bellevue.  Many of the homes in the neighborhood back to the Bridlecrest Trail as well as the Bellevue Municipal Golf Course.   The majority of homes in Sheffield Greens I, II & III were built by Burnstead between 1984 and 1988, and the homes in Sheffield Place were built by Bennett.  Its great east side close-in location with nearby Microsoft, Redmond Town Center and Bridle Trails State Park make it a highly sought-after place to call home!

Call me for a private tour of any of the homes that are currently for sale!
